Petrabytes is looking for professionals with backgrounds in technology sales and delivery with Data and AI Solutions to join our growing team. As a Client Partner, you will contribute to the success of completing customer projects and maintaining relationships at the highest standard.

​

You will showcase excellent time management, communication and negotiation skills, be responsible for acting proactively with customers to address their needs, and facilitate the end-to-end lifecycle for all assigned projects.

​

This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the US

​

Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage the day-to-day sales and account activities for a specific geographic region.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers.

  • Collaborate with Databricks and Snowflake and Petrabytes account teams to deliver customer projects.

  • Liaise between the Petrabytes delivery team and the Petrabytes account team with IT status updates.

  • Schedule and attend all client meetings with the delivery team.

  • Facilitate Steering Committee Calls with the client to obtain valuable and candid feedback on how the engagement is going from the client’s perspective.

  • Understand client needs as it relates to their business strategy and IT landscape.

  • Align technical resources for client engagements.

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

  • Onboard clients post-sale to ensure a smooth sales to delivery transition.

  • Provide visibility to Databricks and Snowflake stakeholders (account executives, customer success, etc.) on current engagements to jointly drive Databricks and Snowflake expansion opportunities. 

  • Find opportunities for expansion of Petrabytes services within the existing client base within the region.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets (including new and expansion business).

  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

  • Provide regular updates to management on progress, including key sales and account management metrics.

  • Understand and stay up-to-date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
     

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2-15 years of technology and services sales experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks

  • Natural relationship builder

  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions

  • Flexible with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
